Our mission is to create memorable stays
Our own experiences of traveling a lot for business - often staying in rentals for a lot of money and waking up the next morning with back pain or only being able to use a dirty coffee maker for the elixir of life in the morning - has inspired us to create an alternative. A better alternative that lacks nothing. We know firsthand how important it is to have a real home in a foreign place. This realization drove us to open our first own apartment.

Events
Out of consideration for our neighbors, parties are not allowed in the apartment.
Additional persons
If you intend to bring additional guests not noted in the original booking, please inform us PROIR to your check-in. For each additional person we charge 25 €.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed only in selected apartments and ONLY upon request.
A tiered fee for dogs will be charged.
1 to 7 days: 15€/dog/night
From 7 days: 70€/dog/week
From 1 month: 240€/dog/month
Requirements: House-trained, do not bark, and do not cause damage
A deposit for the dog may be required, which will be refunded after departure, provided no damage has been done.
Unregistered dogs will be charged at 75€/night/dog.
Smoking
We would like to point out that our apartment is a strict non-smoking accommodation. We therefore ask you to go outside to smoke. Fresh air rocks!
Noise
Please respect the legal quiet hours between 10pm and 6am to avoid possible noise disturbances.
Check-in
The Check-in is keyless. A detailed description (it's super easy) of how toaccess the apartment can is in the link in the booking confirmation.
Check-in: from 4 pm
Check-out: until 10 am
Early Check-in
An earlier check-in is available ON REQUEST and costs 10€/h until 12pm (i.e., for example, 1pm = 30€).
8am - 12pm costs 85€, as the previous night must be closed for overnight guests.
For an earlier check-in than 8am, a regular night must be booked.
Late Check-out
A late check-out is available ON REQUEST and costs 10€/h (e.g., 1pm = 30€).
Between 2pm - 6pm, the fee is 85€, as the following night must be closed for overnight guests.
Those wishing to stay later than 6pm must book a regular night.
Respect
Beeing respectful to one another is always the most beautiful way to communicate. Therefore - even if there are problems - the most important thing is to respect each other.Respect for our property - treat everything as if it belonged to you. According to this principle we have also furnished the apartment :-)
If one or more house rules are disregarded, the fee listed in the "General Terms and Conditions" will be charged.
