Perfect for longer stays – everything you need is there!
We worked on the construction site in Leinfelden for several weeks and enjoyed coming home every evening. The beds are great, Wi-Fi is stable, parking is right outside, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Clean, quiet, and much more comfortable than a hotel. Highly recommended for construction workers or long-term guests!

Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are only allowed in select apartments and ONLY upon request. A sliding fee applies.
- 1 to 7 days: 15€/dog/night
- From 7 days: 10€/dog/night
- From 1 month: 8€/dog/night
Requirement: House trained, do not bark and do not break anything.
A deposit may be charged for the dog, which will be refunded after departure if nothing has been damaged.
Dogs are allowed in "Nature Terminal Apartment" and "BohèmeNest Terminal Apartment".

Early Check-in / Late Ceck-out
Early Check-in
- Early check-in is available on request and costs 10€/h until 12pm (i.e., for example, at 1pm = 30€).
- 8am - 12pm costs 85€, as the previous night has to be closed for overnight guests.
- For check-in earlier than 8am, a regular night must be booked.
Late Check-out
- A later check-out is available ON REQUEST and costs 10€/h (e.g. 1pm = 30€).
- Between 2 pm and 6 pm the fee is €85, as the following night must be closed to overnight guests.
If you want to stay longer than 6 p.m. you have to book a regular night.

Yes, long-term stays are possible.
They include weekly or bi-weekly cleaning and towel changes.

Out of consideration for our neighbors, parties are not permitted in the apartments. Please also observe the statutory quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
